Residensi NewUrban @ PJ South is a modern leasehold serviced apartment development located in Petaling Jaya South, Selangor, developed by Newurban Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the publicly listed Ibraco Berhad. The project is designed to offer affordable urban living with green-living elements, targeting young professionals, first-time buyers, and families who want convenient access to major employment hubs in Klang Valley. The development sits on approximately 6.02 acres of land and consists of two 36-storey residential towers with a total of 922 serviced apartment units.
