iNewproject is an online real estate marketplace that connects property developers, homebuyers, investors, and real estate agents through a central digital platform focused on the primary property market.

Our objective is to serve as a Property Directory and Marketplace for new development projects, allowing developers to increase the visibility of their developments while reaching a wider audience of potential buyers, investors and agents.

Through the iNewproject.com platform, developers are able to enhance their project exposure via an online marketplace designed to promote new developments without geographical limitations. The platform also supports various promotional activities such as E-booking, pre-sales, soft launches, group purchase initiatives, client referral programs, where applicable.

iNewproject also serve as a Marketing Platform where we collaborate with registered real estate agency and certified negotiators through our Real Estate Agent Program, allowing agents to participate in marketing development projects offered by developers.
