Astrum Shah Alam is a modern transit-oriented serviced apartment development located in Seksyen 14, Shah Alam, Selangor, developed by Setia Awan Land Sdn. Bhd. The project is designed as an integrated mixed-use development combining residential units with retail and lifestyle components to create a vibrant urban living environment in the heart of Shah Alam. A key feature of the project is its direct sheltered walkway connection to the Dato’ Menteri LRT station, providing convenient public transport access to Klang Valley and making it attractive for both homeowners and investors. The development sits on approximately 3.47 acres of land and consists of three residential towers rising about 32 storeys, with a total of 1,252 serviced apartment units.
