Imperial Residences

Imperial Residences is an ultra-luxury freehold high-rise residential development located within Pavilion Damansara Heights in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, developed by Pavilion Group in partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). It forms part of Phase 2 of the Pavilion Damansara Heights integrated development, one of the most prestigious mixed-use projects in Kuala Lumpur combining luxury residences, corporate towers, and the Pavilion Lifestyle Mall. The project sits within the 16-acre Pavilion Damansara Heights masterplan, a large integrated development designed to create a premium urban hub linking business, retail, and residential components in Damansara Heights. Imperial Residences is designed as the most exclusive residential component within the project, offering low-density luxury living with only about 154 units. Units are exceptionally spacious compared with typical Kuala Lumpur condominiums, with built-ups ranging from 3,369 sq ft to 4,090 sq ft, and each unit comes with private lift lobbies and large outdoor lanai areas for panoramic city views.
