Pantai Sentral Park is an ongoing 58-acre “urban forest” township development in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, adjacent to approximately 200 acres of the Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi forest reserve. The project aims to create a pedestrian-friendly community that deeply integrates residential, office, retail, recreational, and green spaces, emphasizing harmony between nature and urban convenience. The township is being developed in phases, with several residential projects already completed or handed over, such as Inwood Residences and Secoya Residences. The latest major mixed-use development, Enlace, is positioned as the next milestone of Pantai Sentral Park, serving as the township’s core hub that combines living, shopping, office, and leisure spaces, connected through walkways, cycling paths, and the future MRT3 transit link. Within the Enlace plan, Enlace Suites (residential component) consists of two towers, with Enlace Suites I expected to be completed and delivered by Q4 2029, which is the currently confirmed timeline. The residential project incorporates forest-inspired design, offers various unit types, and provides amenities such as swimming pools and fitness centers. Subsequent components including Enlace Suites II, Enlace CO (office), Enlace Shoppes (retail and dining), and Enlace Retreat (wellness and recreational facilities) will be developed in stages, though official completion dates for these parts have not been announced. From a broader perspective, the entire Pantai Sentral Park township is expected to be fully completed around 2039–2040, while the Enlace mixed-use core is expected to reach a mature stage by around 2035. However, individual components (residential, commercial, office, and recreational) will be built and delivered in phases, and actual completion may adjust according to market conditions and construction progress.
