Teladan Group Berhad launches Bukit Intan Commercial Centre

Teladan Group Bhd has launched Bukit Intan Commercial Centre, its flagship commercial development in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

The commercial centre reflects Teladan's broader growth strategy to diversify its landbank and revenue streams while expanding its footprint into new and emerging growth corridors.

"From layout efficiency to tenant mix considerations, the project has been carefully structured to support long-term operational resilience and adaptability in an evolving commercial landscape," its group chief executive officer Allan Ngu said in a statement.

Ngu said Negeri Sembilan's growth, underpinned by Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) and the Negeri Sembilan Development Plan 2045 (RPNS 2045), is translating into real investment inflows, job creation and rising demand for quality commercial spaces, which positions Seremban as a compelling growth market for the company.

He added that the development is expected to contribute to the continued maturation of Seremban as a vibrant urban and commercial centre in the future.

The commercial centre is envisioned as a dynamic commercial hub catering to a wide range of business uses, including retail, food and beverage, services, offices, and other commercial activities. It aims to meet the increasing demand for quality commercial spaces driven by Seremban's expanding population and evolving urban landscape.
